OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR VACANCY
Resolve Consulting Limited is recruiting an Office Administrator on a part-time basis to join the team and assist in the smooth running of the office.
The successful applicant’s duties will include:
- Administration of the office;
- Invoicing, payments and credit control;
- Use of Dictaphone;
- Assistance with meeting arrangements;
- Website update;
- Ad hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements are:
- Experience in a similar administrative role;
- Proficient use of both spoken and written English;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office;
- Good organisational, planning and communication skills;
- Driving licence;
- Integrity and good conduct.
