OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR VACANCY

Resolve Consulting Limited is recruiting an Office Administrator on a part-time basis to join the team and assist in the smooth running of the office.
The successful applicant’s duties will include:

  • Administration of the office;
  • Invoicing, payments and credit control;
  • Use of Dictaphone;
  • Assistance with meeting arrangements;
  • Website update;
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements are:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role;
  • Proficient use of both spoken and written English;
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office;
  • Good organisational, planning and communication skills;
  • Driving licence;
  • Integrity and good conduct.
