SCAFFOLD SAFETY INSPECTORS

Ing. Claude Farrugia and Saviour Ellul have recently attended and successfully completed an intensive course entitled Scaffold Safety Inspector which covered the provisions of EN 12811. This standard specifies the performance requirements and methods of structural and general design for access and working scaffolds.

The purpose of a working scaffold is to provide a safe place of work with safe access suitable for the work being done. The theoretical, regulatory and practical knowledge gained is very relevant to the risk management activities of Resolve Consulting Limited.

The course was organised by Bovis Lend Lease and conducted by Access Training Services, UK.
